TR Bearcom provides professional technical support of our extensive range from two-way radios to vehicle tracking systems. We are able to provide assistance with all our technology products including subscribers, controls, base stations and complex radio systems.

Equipment support

All types of radio communications equipment can be lodged at any of our locations across Australia, with two-way radio workshops in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. Managed by an experienced local Service Manager, each workshop provides onsite installation and driveway service, plus field technical support. A dedicated service co-coordinator in each centre ensures prompt customer service. As a Motorola Approved Service Centre TR Bearcom are autorised as an accredited Level 3 Motorola warranty repairer, with extensive experience on most models within the Motorola portfolio.
