National Service Centre
Our National Service Centre (NSC) is located in Blackburn North, Victoria. Managed by an experienced Service Manager, the NSC is the “heart” of our large service division, with a team of experienced radio technicians analysing and repairing equipment for clients around Australia. Close proximity to Motorola’s own national headquarters allows fast access to parts and technical support when required.
Local Technical Support
Radio repairs can be lodged at any workshop throughout Australia. Managed by a qualified local Service Manager, each workshop provides onsite installation as well as field technical support. Our dedicated Service Co-ordinators ensure prompt customer service. For communications-critical operations, Bearcom can also offer Maintenance Agreements, offering a range of services including 24/7 support.
Motorola Approved
We are an accredited Level 3 Motorola warranty repairer, with extensive experience on all models within the Motorola family.
Warranty repairs
We are accredited to undertake warranty repairs to Motorola radio equipment.
FM Repairs
Bearcom are accredited to repair FM radio equipment and are proud to be one of only three workshops in Australia with this approval.

Close proximity to Motorola’s own national headquarters allows fast access to parts and technical support when required. With a strong focus on customer service, the NSC’s Co-ordinator liases daily with local service staff and customers in each state to manage the vast flow of equipment.
