TR Bearcom is proud to offer nation-wide programs to ensure that in the event of system faults, you receive rapid response and resolution. TR Bearcom provides value for money maintenance solutions so you can be confident of receiving trouble free reliability of your two-way radio systems. As part of our commitment to mission critical system support, TR Bearcom offers a range of maintenance programs individually tailored to your specific requirements including preventative maintenance, fleet management, site test and surveys through a dedicated chain of national branches.
Choose your maintenance level
EXTRACARE (Service Level: Basic)
Once a year, TR Bearcom will contact you to schedule a maintenance inspection. Any faults or potential faults are reported and a quotation is provided for resolution.
TOTALCARE (Service Level: Business Hours Maintenance)
EXTRACARE cover is provided in addition to a call-out service for repair of faults, including parts and labour, during normal business hours (8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). A technician will arrive on-site within 2 hours of the call to our service centers.
PLATINUMCARE (Service Level: 24/7 Full Service Maintenance)
TOTALCARE cover is provided, in addition to a call-out service available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. PLATINUMCARE members are provided with a call-out number for priority response as per the terms of your tailor made agreement.
Please note that this service is limited to specific metropolitan areas where the 24/7 service is available. Please ask your local representative to enquire about eligible regions.
