Free Radio Health Check

A free service designed to help you keep your two-way radios fleet operating at an optimal level.  We understand that the performance of your radios can impact on the overall performance of your business.

TR Bearcom’s Radio Health Check involves a qualified TR Bearcom staff member coming to your premises and compiling a report on your radios.

This report is designed to identify faulty or underperforming radios or accessories in order to eliminate problematic units from the fleet.

A health check will include:   

• The completion of a “Health Check Report” including functional tests and visual inspections.
• A copy of the reports finding in hard or soft copy.
• A free quote from TR Bearcom’s service department on the repair of faulty radios if desired
• Recommendations on possible actions to improve your radio systems

TR Bearcom is one of the few companies in Australia that service Motorola Intrinsically Safe radios to the Manufacturers Factory Mutual standards. By meeting this standard yearly TR Bearcom can always guarantee that radio repairs are carried out to the highest possible quality.
